The website is statically generated (which makes it extremely fast), but it needs to be re-generated after changes are made. Therefore you have to publish your changes in order for them to be visible on the website.

Just click on the Submit changes to the website button and in a few minutes it will be done.

While the changes are being published, the website is of course up and running without any downtime.
